Clean, checked and safe to jump

Every rental is cleaned between parties and checked again on-site before anyone climbs in. Here is exactly what that looks like.

Every rental, every time

  • Cleaned after every rental
  • Inspected on-site
  • Staked or sandbagged
  • Rules walked through with you
  • Forecast checked
  • Venue paperwork on request
Our 3-step clean

What happens between parties

Every inflatable goes through the same three steps before it comes to your yard.

Step 1

Sweep

Before anything else, dust, dirt and debris come off every surface, seam and corner, including the netting and the entry ramp.

  • Seams, corners and netting
  • Entry ramp and steps
  • Loose dirt and grass vacuumed out
Gloved hands spraying sanitizer and wiping a white surface
Step 2

Deep clean

The whole unit is washed down with commercial-grade cleaner and sanitizer, with every high-touch area treated between rentals.

  • Commercial-grade cleaner on every surface
  • Sanitizer on high-touch spots
  • Air-dried before it is rolled up

Ready for fun

Inspected on-site before your event begins: our crew checks anchoring, the blower and every seam before handing it over.

  • Seams, zips and netting checked
  • Blower and cord tested
  • Anchored before anyone climbs in

Our on-site safety checklist

The crew works through this list at every setup, and walks an adult through the rules before they leave.

House rules for jumpers

  • An adult watches the whole time it is in use
  • Shoes, glasses, food and sharp things stay outside
  • Group riders by size and stick to the rider limit
  • No flips, wall climbing or rough play
  • Everyone out if it rains or the wind picks up
  1. The ground is checked

Flat, clear of rocks, sticks and sprinkler heads, and away from fences, branches and power lines.

  2. Every anchor point is used

Stakes on grass, sandbags on driveways and hard ground, following the maker's instructions.

  3. The blower is tested

Running steady, with the cord laid out of the way so nobody trips on it.

  4. Seams and netting are inspected

One more look at the stitching, zips and netting once it is fully up.

  5. The entry mat goes down

A soft landing at the door, where most bumps happen.

  6. An adult hears the rules

Rider limits, what to do if the wind picks up, and how to switch off the blower.

  7. You have our number

If anything looks wrong during the party, call and we will talk you through it.

Insurance

Paperwork for your venue

Schools, parks, churches and event venues often ask for a certificate of insurance before an inflatable can go up. Ask us for one for your venue.

When you book, tell us the venue's name and who needs the certificate. If they have their own forms or rules, send those over too and we will go through them with you.

Weather policy

When the weather won't play along

Inflatables and bad weather don't mix. We keep an eye on the forecast for every booking and call you if it looks doubtful, so you are never left guessing on the morning of the party.

  • Strong wind

Everyone out and the unit comes down. Wind is the biggest risk to an inflatable.

  • Rain or lightning

Wet vinyl gets slippery and storms are no place for a blower. Switch it off and wait it out.

  • A bad forecast

We talk it over with you before we load the truck and work out a new date together.

Safety FAQ

Safety questions

How do you clean the inflatables?

Every unit is swept, washed with a commercial-grade cleaner and sanitized between rentals, then checked again on-site before your party.

How are the units anchored?

With stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces, at every anchor point, following the manufacturer's instructions.

How many kids can be on at once?

It depends on the unit and the size of the riders. Each one has a rider limit, and the crew goes over it with you at setup.

Does someone need to watch it?

Yes. An adult should be watching the whole time it is in use. The crew shows them the rules and how to switch off the blower.

What happens if the weather turns?

Inflatables can't be used in high wind, rain or lightning. We watch the forecast and work with you on a new date if it isn't safe.

Does my venue need paperwork?

Schools, parks and venues often ask for a certificate of insurance. Tell us when you book and we will sort it out with them.
